Director’s Note:

Our endeavour is to ensure you receive the freshest popcorn possible.  We have therefore dedicated Mondays & Tuesdays as our production and shipment dispatch days, which will also ensure your popcorn won’t encounter two days of delays if shipped just before the weekend.  Being a two-man band, and also managing multiple markets and events we feel this is the most suitable solution for now.

Please note that we are partnering up with a new distributor in the making ( to allow faster and cheaper shipping, bulk shipments and of course your chance to buy other goodies not for sale on Popcorn Man’s website.  Future sales will be exclusively sold on Carny website.

Shipping Methods:

There are currently 3 shipment methods calculated during your checkout process.  In most cases, Courier will be the cheapest option and in our experience it has been the most reliable.

Courier: Typically received 1-5 days depending on your location.  Couriers Please and Aramex are the two main carriers for this service.

Australia Post Parcel: Typically received 2-10 days depending on your location.  Australia Post is the only option if using a Parcel Locker or PO Box.

Australia Post Express: Next business day* (typically Wednesday).  At times, we may ship out Express Post items earlier at our discretion. *Some destinations take two business days.

Pick-up: Using the pick up method will allow you to collect your items from a variety of selectable locations (for example markets).  Please ensure you give enough notice for the pickup option.  48hrs notice preferred.  Please also ensure the pickup location corresponds to the date of the event/store opening hours, and please keep in mind markets and events can be cancelled anytime without notice.  If this were to happen, we will be in touch via sms to organise an alternative method for you to receive your order.


All of our orders are sent in boxes to ensure safe transport.  If pickup shipping option is selected, your order may, or may not be boxed.

Your contact number will be displayed on the shipping label to help delivery drivers contact you if there is an issue.
