We do not offer tracking to local deliveries (South-East Qld). For Australia-wide deliveries, we offer tracking through Sendle. You will be notified by Sendle when your shipment is on its way.
If you require a delivery for a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
We only offer Australia wide shipping on our bags of popcorn, which are tightly packed in 4 and 8 pack boxes to give you the most economical shipping we can find in Australia. Australia-wide shipping takes slightly longer than our local courier deliveries, but typically faster than Australia Post. Expect between 2-4 days for shipping excluding the weekends.
We endevour to give you the freshest popcorn we can, and to do this we aim to ship orders out directly from the event we pop at. For local Brisbane deliveries, you can expect delivery within 2 days excluding the weekend. If you order before Wednesday, you can be guaranteed* you will receive your order before the weekend.
For Australia-wide deliveries, please allow 4-6 days for delivery.
*Certain products may be on backorder. Excludes Australia-wide deliveries. Our guaranteed does not extend to inability to deliver (incorrect address, unable to access or breakdowns)
Our popcorn has a shelf life of two weeks in a sealed bag/container.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Paypal. Certain orders also allow Bank Deposits and Cash on Pick-up.
