Schulte’s Smokin’ Hot BBQ Challenge

For this Queensland competition teams cook five proteins (brisket, chicken, lamb, pork, beef shank) with a separate hand in intervals. Judging is conducted by a panel and all judging is blind. All scores are tallied and contribute to the overall placements. On top of a chance to win trophies or prizes, you can also promote your own merchandise.
